Pinewood is a dynamic PreK-Grade 12 non-profit day & boarding school located in Thessaloniki, Greece. It is accredited in the United States by the Middle States Association (MSA) and supported by the U.S. Department of State’s Office of Overseas Schools in Washington, DC, our school divisions include the Early Years Program (PreK-K), Elementary School (Grade 1-6), Middle School (Grades 7-8), and High School (Grade 9-12). Founded in 1950, Pinewood offers a challenging U.S. standards-based, college-preparatory curriculum within the framework of the International Baccalaureate PYP, MYP, and DP and Advanced Placement AP offerings. The language of instruction is English at all levels. Pinewood aims to offer students a progressive, personalized American international education centered on academic excellence in each student’s journey towards self-actualization.
